Fleet compliance is not optional. Technical inspections, insurance policies, tachograph calibrations, ADR certificates, fire extinguishers — each one has a deadline, and a missed deadline has consequences: fines, grounded vehicles, or worse.
Tecaser gives you a single place to track all of it, for every vehicle in your fleet.
Configure what matters to your fleet
Not every fleet carries the same obligations. A courier van and a hazardous goods truck have very different compliance requirements.
In Tecaser, you define the compliance items that apply to your operation — technical inspection, insurance, tachograph, ADR certificate, fire extinguisher, or any custom item you need. Each item can be configured globally or assigned individually per vehicle or vehicle group, so your compliance setup reflects reality rather than a generic template.

Status at a glance
Every vehicle in your fleet shows its compliance status directly in the vehicle list and on the vehicle detail screen. A missing or overdue item is flagged immediately — no need to open a spreadsheet or remember when something was last done.
The compliance tab on each vehicle shows the current state of every item assigned to it: valid, upcoming, or missing. You know exactly what needs attention and when.

Upload evidence
For each compliance item, you can attach evidence directly in the app — photos of certificates, scanned documents, inspection reports. The files are stored against the vehicle record and stay accessible to anyone in your organisation who needs them.
When an auditor asks for proof of insurance or a valid inspection certificate, you have it. No digging through folders, no calling the office.
Share files across your organisation
Uploaded compliance documents can be shared with other applications and exported via email. If your insurance broker needs a copy of the vehicle registration certificate, or your maintenance partner needs the latest inspection report, you can send it directly without leaving the app.
The overdue report
The overdue report gives you a fleet-wide view of everything that is late, due soon, or needs attention — grouped by compliance category.
Open it on Monday morning before dispatch and you know immediately which vehicles are clear to go and which ones need action. The report is colour-coded: overdue items in red, upcoming in amber. No ambiguity.

Why it matters
A missed tachograph calibration, an expired insurance policy, or a vehicle sent out without a valid technical inspection — each one is a liability. The consequences range from roadside fines to full grounding of a vehicle to personal liability for the fleet manager.
Tecaser does not eliminate the work of staying compliant. It eliminates the risk of losing track of it.
